Curriculum

Intermediate tumbling builds on the fundamentals mastered in beginner tumbling.

 

Entry requirements include:

Handstand Hold (3+ seconds), Cartwheel, Backbend from standing, Front Limber

Skills to be Mastered

  • Handstand Hold (5+ seconds)

  • One-Step Round Off

  • Running Round Off Rebound

  • Front Walkover (unassisted)

  • Back Walkover (unassisted)

  • Back Walkover Snap Down

  • Handstand Snap Down 

  • Handstand from a T position

  • Handstand Fwd Roll Tuck

  • Handstand Fwd Roll Straddle

  • Dive Fwd Roll Tuck

  • Back Roll to a Plank

  • Back Bend Kickover

  • One Arm Cartwheel

  • Front Tuck Somersault (Into the pit)
