Open Gym and Toddler Time provide a free spirited environment where athletes can drop in the gym and have a free open training space! Athletes 5+ may attend open gym without a parent and participate at their own risk, while those younger than 5 MUST have a parent present.

About the event
Open Gym is a free spirited environment where athletes can drop in the gym and have a free open training space for ages 5+. Coaches will be on the floor to supervise, however open gym is participation at your own risk. Athletes can practice their favorite gymnastics and cheerleading skills on our balance beams, bars, vaults, spring floors, loose foam pit and utilize the main gym freely.
For those younger than 5, we will be offering Toddler Time during the same hours. Toddler Time is a free spirited environment where children can come move and shake their sillies out! Parents MUST be on the floor to directly supervise. Children may play on our equipment and utilize the main gym freely while helping to maintain the integrity of our class set up, equipment, and facility.
