How early may I arrive?
You may arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your party. Your 2 Birthday Instructors will be there to help you set up any decor and prep for an incredible Birthday @The Pit!

Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?
No, however we staff approximately 10-1 and can accommodate over 20 children upon request for a per head fee. All participating siblings of guests and the birthday child are included in the head count.
May I bring my own music, decor or entertainer?
Please! We provide age appropriate music but your party will be uniquely yours with a favorite mix tape. We have Bluetooth, ipod, and ipad hookups.
When do I pay the balance of my party if I have one?
All parties are paid in full in advance and are billed to your Peach Pit account. Staff tips are appreciated for an amazing experience and a job well done!

Are your parties fun for both boys and girls?
Absolutely! Gymnastics is fun for co-ed all ages by teaching strength, flexibility, agility and balance in a hip and parkour sort of way.
May we extend our party longer than 1.5 hours?
For an additional $50, you may extend your party by 30 minutes, whether it's more time in the party room or back out into the gymnastics studio. This option is only available for our 3:00pm parties. If your party runs into an open gym time, we will not change open gym, yet your guests are welcome to stay and play as long as they like.

Do we have exclusive use of the space for our birthday party? ​
Yes and no. While we only allow one birthday party in our space at one time, we occassionally have a private lesson (one on one coaching) at some point during your party time.

Class Attire FAQ's:

What should my child wear for class?
The Peach Pit is a boutique gymnastics & cheerleading where proper attire is required at all times.
Proper attire is a gymnastics or dance leotard with no skirt, hair pulled back and bare feet. Micro mini bikers are allowed, however longer bike shorts make bars a diffcult event and are not advised.
We do not allow jewelry, loose hair or oversized clothing. All cheerleaders and tumblers may wear cheer shoes, a sports bra, tight fitting top and cheer shorts or bike shorts. Once again, no jewelry and hair up and pulled back.
Please consider keeping your cheerleading shoes clean and only for cheer practice and game use to protect our floors and the longevity of your shoes. Male gymnasts and dancers may wear comfortable playclothes without buttons or zippers and bare feet.

What are your term dates?
The Peach Pit operates much like a school calendar, having three sessions throughout the year.

School Year Session (August - May)
Summer Session (May - July)

For all Recreational Gymnastics and Cheerleading classes you will need to re-enroll for each session throughout the year, you are not automatically enrolled for the following session.

Can we still join your classes after the session has started?
Absolutely! The Peach Pit has ongoing enrollment throughout the year. Check out our class schedules to register or call us directly at (404) 697-3697.

What is your ratio of children to coaches?
All of our classes are at a 7-1 ratio. Keeping class sizes small allows more individual instruction from our coaches and is one of the many ways that The Peach Pit is unique and fabulous.

What Fees are Required to Start Classes @The Peach Pit?

The Peach Pit requires a $45 Annual Membership fee before registering for all programming including (but not limited to) classes, Mother's Morning Out, Birthday Parties and camps.
If you pre-register for classes or register on a waitlist, the Membership Fee will be charged to hold your spot in the class/waitlist.
Please note, there is a discount for additional children per family ($20 2nd child and $10/third child)

Renewal of Annual Membership Fees are billed each January to the card on file on your account.

How do I pay for classes?
All Monthly tuition is automatically billed through your parent portal account online. You may login to your account at any time and update or change your billing information.
Your login is most likely your email address. Tuition will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month, so please make sure the card on file is valid and accurate.
