Ninja Classes
Ninja class is a fast-paced class combining skill instruction, cardio and obstacle courses. Ninja class includes the dedication and discipline of martial arts, and the strength and agility of parkour to create an amazing sport that produces confident athletes.

Mini Ninja
(Ages 3-5)
45 minutes
Mini Ninja is an introduction to the world of Ninja Warrior! This class is designed for our preschool aged athletes that want to begin to develop their strength, speed, stamina, and skill.

Ninja classes utilize our gymnastics equipment as well as some fun additional rigs to hang, swing, climb and jump!

Beginner Ninja
(Ages 6+)
55 minutes
Beginner Ninja is an introduction to the world of Ninja Warrior! This class is designed for our elementary aged athletes that want to begin to develop their strength, speed, stamina, and skill. ​
Ninja classes utilize our gymnastics equipment as well as some fun additional rigs to hang, swing, climb and jump!

Intermediate Ninja
(Ages 6+)
55 minutes
Intermediate Ninja takes our athletes into the next level of excitement! In this class, athletes will begin to explore flips, tricks, and jumps while developing their strength, speed, and stamina!
